Winnipeg, March 14, 2015: Andrew Park, Green Party of Canada candidate for Winnipeg South Centre, spoke to a crowd of about a thousand people who rallied at Winnipeg City Hall to express opposition to Bill C-51, the so-called The Anti-Terrorism Act that Stephen Harper’s Conservative government introduced January 30, 2015.
