Dear Green Party supporter,
The Manitoba election campaign has been very excited for Green Party supporters. The participation of James Beddome, your provincial Green Party leader, in the televised leaders debate has increased the momentum for all green candidates in Manitoba.
For your provincial election tomorrow the Green Party of Manitoba has candidates in 32 of 57 seats – more than twice the number of candidates who ran in the 2007 election.
Green Party volunteers from across the province spent this last weekend canvassing the province and more specific James Beddome riding of Wolseley. On the doorstep they hear and feel that the Wolseley voters are excited about the prospect of making history on Tuesday by electing their first Green Party MLA .
The Green Party of Canada urges you all in Manitoba and specific in Wolseley to vote on Tuesday and make history by electing an articulate, caring voice for the future – James Beddome! Green Party Leader James Beddome, candidate in the Winnipeg constituency of Wolseley, is in a tight battle that could elect the first provincial Green Party representative in Canada.
If elected, Beddome would follow the success of our Green Party Leader Elizabeth May, who won a seat in the federal riding of Saanich-Gulf Islands this past May.
We urge you to share your commitment to vote Green with your family and friends.
Success tomorrow,
Johan Hamels
Executive Director
Green Party of Canada
