Elizabeth May to Boost Manitoba Green’s Campaign

On Friday, May 18th Elizabeth May, Leader of the Green Party of Canada will be visiting Winnipeg to lend moral support to the Green Party of Manitoba’s provincial campaign. May will be speaking about Green Party of Manitoba’s policy on health and the environment at an open forum event at the Mennonite Brethren Collegiate Institute’s Jubilee Place.

“We are excited to get support from the Green Queen, Elizabeth May. Elizabeth can help us bring sane solutions to long-term social and ecological problems in Manitoba” says Andrew Basham, leader of the Green Party of Manitoba.

The event will be held Friday, May 18th, at 7:30 PM at Jubilee Place, 180 Riverton and will be free to the public. The Green Party of Manitoba looks to refresh politics in Manitoba with new ideas, new faces and a new approach. We look forward to seeing you there.
